Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received — uninstalled, unmodified, and undamaged. Items showing blemishes, scratches, or damage not present at time of delivery are subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
How to Start a Return
Use our contact form before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on where and how to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
Damages & Wrong Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, reply to your order confirmation email or use our contact form and we'll sort it out.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been damaged or modified beyond normal installation are not eligible for return. Items showing signs of installation may be returned within the 30-day window and are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover refurbishment.
European Union
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be uninstalled, unmodified, and in original condition.
