Installation & Liability

By purchasing from Stoutlander, you agree to the following:

You are the installer. You are solely responsible for the correct installation, securing, and ongoing maintenance of these products.

No liability. Stoutlander and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or improper installation of our products.

Vehicle safety. It is your responsibility to ensure that any installed accessories do not interfere with airbags, safety systems, or the safe operation of your vehicle.

Intended Use

Our products are designed for the specific vehicle models listed on each product page. Use on unlisted vehicles or modification of our parts is done entirely at your own risk and voids any applicable warranty.

Product Warranty

Stoutlander products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Intellectual Property & Anti-Diversion

All Stoutlander designs are subject to intellectual property protection. By purchasing from Stoutlander, you agree that products are for personal use only. You may not purchase our products for the purpose of resale, reverse engineering, commercial analysis, or manufacturing duplication.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and restrict future purchases from any individual or entity we identify as a sourcing agent, manufacturing competitor, or party involved in the unauthorized reproduction of our designs.
